BullBear Battle is a trading simulation arcade game. No real money is involved. No financial transactions occur. This Privacy Policy applies to the BullBear Battle mobile application available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

A. Data Stored Locally on Your Device
All gameplay data lives exclusively on your device. It never leaves your device or reaches our servers.

B. Data Collected Automatically via Third-Party SDKs
The app integrates Google AdMob for advertising and Google UMP for consent management. These SDKs may collect the following information on their behalf:

We use data solely for the following purposes:

• Game functionality: Save and restore your progress, achievements, and settings across app sessions.
• Personalised experience: The frustration engine, coach commentary, and career progression use your locally stored statistics to adapt gameplay.
• Advertising: To display interstitial ads via Google AdMob after every N trades. Ads are shown only after GDPR/consent is obtained where legally required.
• App stability: Crash data may be reported by the OS (iOS CrashKit / Android Vitals) to help us fix bugs. We do not add additional crash analytics SDKs.

We do not sell, rent, share, or monetise your personal data to any third party beyond Google's advertising services described in this policy.

BullBear Battle uses Google AdMob (SDK version 25.x) to display interstitial advertisements. Ads appear after a set number of completed trades.

You may review or withdraw your consent at any time via Settings → Privacy → Ad Preferences inside the app.

Google AdMob's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob Partner Guidelines.

On Android, the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission is requested solely for AdMob's use. On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework governs access to the IDFA.

No other third-party analytics, tracking, or social media SDKs are included in the app. We do not integrate Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Facebook SDK, or any equivalent services.

All gameplay data is stored using Android SharedPreferences / iOS UserDefaults — both are sandboxed local storage mechanisms that cannot be accessed by other apps. Data is not transmitted to any server operated by us.

If you use iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android), your device's backup service may include app data as part of a full device backup. These backups are governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

Ad-related data processed by Google AdMob may be transferred to and stored on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country of residence. Google LLC is a party to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and provides adequate safeguards for international transfers.

The app contains simulated financial content (virtual trading) which is intended for educational entertainment only and is not appropriate for very young children. Parents and guardians should supervise usage.

EU/EEA/UK Users (GDPR): We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (app functionality) and consent (personalised advertising). You have the rights described in Section 9. Our UMP consent dialog is displayed at first launch to collect your advertising consent lawfully.

California Users (CCPA/CPRA): We do not sell personal information. California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of sale. Since we do not sell data, no opt-out mechanism beyond the standard ad consent is required.

Indian Users (DPDP Act 2023): In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, we process only the minimum data required for app functionality. Data fiduciaries are required to implement reasonable security safeguards, which we do. Indian users have the right to access, correction, and erasure.

We implement the following security measures to protect your data:

• All game data is stored in OS-sandboxed local storage inaccessible to other apps.
• No user credentials, financial data, or sensitive personal information is stored anywhere.
• The app does not transmit gameplay data over any network connection.
• Google AdMob communications occur over TLS-encrypted HTTPS connections.
• The Android APK is signed with a release keystore; the iOS app is code-signed with an Apple Developer certificate.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continually work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will display an in-app notice on next launch.

Continued use of BullBear Battle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
